I'd just like to know exactly a blast beat is, I've read it in a few places.

A particular part a song would be especially helpful.

edit: nevermind, looked it up on wikipedia.

When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal".
