| Hey, guys. I'm finally getting a good version of a song I wrote called Conscience and Common Sense. I've had to rewrite it about four times now (I couldn't ever find a perfect way to put all that I thought about it). Basically the song is about when people know they're doing something wrong, and they try to kill their conscience, that they only kill their common sense and end up with their conscience chasing them. It's a very fun song and I've made a better version than the one I've posted in the Songwriting Forum. |

| Ok, just like I said I brought my bass to school... and I had it unplugged and I got this idea...
why not put it on the table and have the table vibrating... Well I did and the whole thing starts playing back the same note I hit, but really, really LOUD!!! The whole table was shaking hard from an electric bass that wasn't even plugged in!!! So, I decided to put my ear down on the table and see how it sounds... and it sounds awesome!!!
I wonder if I can put a microphone to the table and record it like this. Also cause the shape of the table and the stuff on it affects the sound!!! (the table is shaped weird because it's a computer table) I'm curious to see how it sounds different things... |

Hi peeps! I've been writing music for the past few days. Some guy almost hit me today. So, I'm at this intersection, the light is red and I'm in the lane to go straight through. Some guy was signaled to make a left turn. The light turns green and I'm starting to go on through... and this guy pulls out and is honking, yelling, (etc) and he won't stop and is headed right toward me. So picture it right there... I'm just about to get hit... and I know what your thinking; "Why didn't you just turn away from the guy?" To put it this way... on the other side there is a cliff and telephone pole. So, my choices are limited- turn and hit the pole, (duh, I'm not gonna go off the cliff) or just hurry up and get through the intersection... Thankfully he slowed down enough for me to get through, but still it was an interesting moment. |

| Hi... I'm back on again... Today I wrote a song called "The Way of The Insane". It's actually really funny because it says that the right way (God's way) is what society calls insane, when they don't realize how insane their ideals and ideas really are. So it says that I choose God's way (the way of the "insane") over the world's way. It just adds to my collection of crazy titled songs (like Idiot Box, Rainy Day Parade(masquerade), Conscience and Common Sense, etc.) I'm thinking about posting some of them up in the songwriting forum, but I'm still thinking about it.
We need to pray for one of my friends. I feel like God's been telling me to pray for her, because months ago I had this strange dream. It had her and her family sitting in this room and they were all deeply crying. But after I got up I had this urge to just go pray and pray and pray!!! One time before that I had this happen was when I was 6 and a half. That dream was of my aunt dying in a car wreck, and a week later it happened. I can still see all the details of both dreams (I never saw the crash scene but can describe exactly what happened), somehow God gives me these warnings and I'm just hoping everything is alright. Please pray for me about this... it's a strange thing to have happen, but God somehow tells me this before these things happen (it's a feeling that I can't explain, but I can tell when it's a serious situation or not).

I say go for it! Post your songs! What have you got to lose? I'm sure they're all great! Wow! That's awesome and amazing! Yes, I will pray for you and your friend...
Has your day gone okay?

| No one was hurt during the fire. A few electronic stuff was melted, but nothing really bad was damaged (except a breaker box). My day has been fine thank you. I've written another song today too. Man, it seems like I've been on a songwriting craze!!! I've been writing at least one every school day. |
