| I'll always like Macs better than windows, I'll always like Apple better than microsoft. Both companies are after money, both companies would stab you in the back for a buck, but for me the bottom line is that Macs and iPods are better than anything else and Apple has replaced everything I needed replaced so far with no trouble. (Computer power supply, they gave it to me free even when I didn't have the computer or it's serial number with me to prove I owned it and they replaced my iPod that fried in the car one 100+ degree summer day. They also just gave me some new headphones when my first pair broke, I'm really hard on headphones.)
My Dad's mac is still going after seven years, and he has another mac that's almost as old as me and is still going strong. It's just to old now to run anything other than his plotter. The last windows we got just died after about three years. And my MacBook is screamin' fast.
So yeah, I think I'll still buy stuff from apple for a long time. I never buy anything like an iPod, a computer or a guitar new anyway. By the time I get anything it's already half the original price.

The reason that Apple replaces everything that you need replaced is because it's the only people who do that, and it knows it. It's using a monopoly as leverage.
I also prefer to be able to choose the hardware, software, that I run. I don't like being forced to use Apple this and Apple that. (Again, the reason that they are so good on the customer service)
I really need to figure out how to get Linux up and running on my computer, because that just might be my best bet at this point. As long as it's not Mac.

That's one heck of a bat belt that Link has there. Link advances." (From the Video Game Showdown) |

| Well, I like Apple this and Apple that so it works for me. However, if I were ever to get a computer that I intended to play computer games on, I'd get a PC since there aren't as many games for macs. But that's what my Xbox is for so I don't see myself buying another computer for quite awhile. I wish Apple made a system like Xbox.

The console arguments are annoying enough now, with the added burden of dealing with Apple geeks. |
