what do i do?

Okay, this is like most threads...there is a girl at my school, I like her a lotttttttttttt, but I don't know what to do. Today, I told my friends I liked her a lot, and i told them I would finally open up a little and tell this girl I like her. The problem is, I'm scared. I'm a really shy person, and I'm not sure if she likes me. I don't think she does because some days I feel like I'm her best friend and others I don't feel like a friend at all. I'm not sure how to tell her I like her without 'asking her out.' I still want to get to know her a little more before that happens. This is going to happen tomorrow, that is, if I don't chicken out, so pray for me and any advice of what she says. Advice for if she tells me if she does or doesn't like me would be great. Thanks!

Um i think youve gotten our advice before so its not like its really changed.Personally in this case it doesnt sound like you know her that much.Get to know her and if you do like her tell her.No guts no glory.

I'm pretty sure that "madd beast yo" and "Go4God_Man" are different people (different writing styles, different IPs). This madd beast's thread got closed so, he's starting another, because he evidently still feels he needs guidance.

He only asked the question once before, in a thread that got closed, has stated that he is not in fact Go4God_Man, doesn't in fact share an IP, and still wants some help. Also, liking a girl and being shy about it as a common problem, just because it happens to two people at once, let alone two friends, doesn't make it the same person.

I think he deserves to be treated like anyone else who comes in here asking for help on this very emotional issue.

Ok, this is ridiculous. I do not enjoy deleting posts here. You are not here to criticize people or discuss them as if they weren't present when it's their thread. You are here to give advice and insights. If you cannot do that, you should not be here at all.

MBY, my best advice is just to suck it up, and tell her. Get a chance when you two are at least semi-privately alone and tell that you like her and would be interested in taking her out to coffee (or whatever) sometime. By her response, you should know how she feels.
BTW, if she says she isn't interested, don't shut her out. If you do, she'll think you're acting like a little kid, and then you'll never have a chance if she changes her mind.

Thank you! The whole reason i started this thread is because my other one got closed because they thought i was Go4god man. IM NOT! He is my good friend and I made my username at his house. And yea, ive decided no matter what I'm telling her I like her. The only way for her to find out is for me to tell her, and if I don't do that, I won't get anywhere.

okay, i told her the other day and yea. one of her best friends (my friend too) gave me her phone # and we talk quite a bit and shes helpin me out. hopefully something good happens

Ok sry but this was a little confusing so let me ask...her friend gave you her phone number (as in you now have her friends phone number)?and shes helping you about talking to her?

sorry about the confusion. Yes, i got her friends phone number. And since this girl is the person i likes friend and my friend, shes helping me out. and so we talk on the phone. (I don't have the girl i likes phone number yet) so yea, im not sure if that was less confusing or not...its hard to explain without using names.

While i understood it this time whats wrong with using names?

And has she talked to you since you told her you liked her?
