My current rig is in my signature. I recently trimmed my board down and I really like the way it is now. I had really nice tone this morning at church.

+1 on that, i was looking at it and i was like. dang. thats so simple yet so effective. i have just about everything he has there except the fulldrive and BBE, but thats basically all you need..

although a wah wouldn't hurt =)

that lava coily cable adds a very nice touch to it

too bad it costs like what..$70!?

i was thinking about getting a bullet coil cable, but i heard those make your tone a little bright..

Well, My rig now is kind of simple but I'm trying to expand. Any tips on placement or new pedals would be gladly appreciated...

Usually a Teisco single-pickup or a Johnson Delta Rose to a Crappy Wah to a Whammy Pedal (Usually set to 1 octave down or shallow) to a Proco Rat Distortion to a Boss OD to a No-Name Volume Pedal to a Beringer Blue Devil Amp.

Simple rig for a simple guy.

I'm thinking about switching out my volume pedal for an Ernie Ball one (due to this one being on it's last leg), and getting a BBE Soul Vibe. Also I'm thinking about getting a good/old fashion tremolo pedal. Any suggestions?

Hey Sean, if you'd like to really get a discussion going, I'd love to throw out a ton of ideas in a thread dedicated just to that. Let's keep this thread focused on rigs in general and talk about how we can help yours out on it's own thread.

Due to some hardtimes and other random stuff, I am sort of in a rebuilding stage right now. Most of my good stuff got sold off.

My chain looks like this now.

BYOC wah > SBN boost > Gaspedals Dumb Bell > Catalinbread Super Charged Overdrive > Boss BF-3 > Arion DDM-1 digital delay.

And that goes into an old Laney LC-15R.

That's a franken-tele (Yamaha body, GFS bigmouths, Ghost bridge, Earvana Nut, and planetwave tunrers) --- Big Daddy Amp Blaster (boost) --- Armstrong Twin (compressor+octave) --- Squeezebox (compressor) --- Screamin' Eagle (overdrive) --- (Phase-o-holic (phaser) --- TrueShine (chorus) --- Re:Sounder (delay) --- Vox Ac30 cc1.

Thats my electric rig. When I lead worship, my rig is as follows:
Seagull Portrait --- soundboard.
How does the ghost bridge sound? was it pretty straight forward to setup and install?

These are the pedals I used tonight;

Planet Waves Tuner > Ernie Ball VP Jr > ProCo Rat > Danelectro Fab Tone > Vox Wah > Danelectro Tuna Melt > Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man > Danelectro Fish N Chips > Boss DD-20

I've never been more happy with my pedals than the set up I had tonight. My Jazzmaster through the Rat is the perfect distortion sound as far as I'm concerned. I had been thinking about changing the pickups on it for a more full sound but after using the Rat I can't imagine a better tone. I'm waiting on an SBN Lil' Eagle and a Line 6 Verbzilla at the moment. I'm buying a boutique Big Muff clone (based on the green Sovtek muffs) next week and after that I don't plan on changing things around very much unless either of those Danelectro minis breaks.
