Here's my new setup. Just got George L's. I still have to actually make the pedal board... It's a DIY project in progress. I got angle aluminum, chrome handles and loop fabric coming. It's gonna look snazzy.

Here's the signal flow:

G&L Bluesboy Semi-Hollow ->

1. Vox Volume
2. MXR Super Comp
3. Tech 21 Sansamp GT2
4. Keeley Fuzz Head
5. Boss EQ
6. EHX Pulsar Trem
7. Boss DD3 Delay
8. EHX Holy Grail Reverb

I rearranged/got more gear:
Gibson SG, Custom build Telecaster, or custom build Airline copy - Johnson tuner - Boss BD-2 Blues Driver - Dunlop Cry Baby(Fasel inductor on the way)- Boss CS-3 Compressor - Ibanes TS-808 Tube Screamer - Rocktron Deep Blue Chorus - Sano 160 amp
Ernie Ball Regular or Power Slinkys
Dunlop Jazz III picks (red)
Planet Waves cable
And I step on my pedals with my Adidas Superstars.

I've dramatically downsized. Out with the rack gear, in with the pedals.

Parker Fly Classic
->Boss Tuner
->Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor
->Boss DD-5 with Tap
->Digitech Whammy (Normally just used for its chorus)
->AB Switch
A channel->Aphex Punch Factory->Roland JC120
B channel->Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster->Marshall JCM800 50 Watt DSL->4X12 Orange Cab
It's been suggested that Stephen Hawking stole his 'Brief History of Time'...

I like it.
Some updates and changes here. I switched places for some pedals (Blender/Fuzzbrite, Wah/Whammy, Clone Theory/Pulsar) and added a compressor, another delay and another wah pedal. Also got a new cab for my amp...total overkill but it's a lot of fun.

Just jumped on the tube amp and pedals bandwagon again after having a POD XTL for the past few years. Slowly building up a good rig again...

Gibson SG or Gibson ES-135 gothic

True bypass FX loop --> dunlop wah -->bad monkey --> big muff (russian) --> cool cat --> DD-5 --> tuner --> VOX AC15

Coming very soon: pedaltrain pedalboard. Getting rid of the DD-5 for a DL-4, adding a fulltone OCD and blackbox cobalt od/top boost.

Well, changed up again some more...

My live rig is now:

Gibson Les Paul Special SL (my backup is a Saga Tele DIY) > Roland SDE1000 rackmount delay > Line 6 POD XTL (owned by someone at church) > BBE Sonic Maximizer pedal > DI (out thru send into my Line 6 Spider III 30 amp as a monitor) > PA

I'm pretty happy with this rig, but after saving up some cash this summer I want to get a better amp.

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight.

Fender stratocaster - rebuilt by hand by Stewart Male (using existing USA Stratocaster neck), with EMG pickups
Gibson Les Paul standard

Mesa-Boogie F30 head
through Marshall 1936 Twin Cab

TS-U, into true bypass patch bay (built by Timon Klein, Hillsong) which connects my Fulltone Fulldrive II, Sparkle Drive, Fulltone Clyde Wah, Morley Volume, then out to Boss Super Chorus, Boss DD5, Boss DD7, Line 6 DL4, out a switcher into amp

Rack: all above, plus Marshall JFX1 multi effect, run by GCX audio switcher and floor controller (bought from Nigel Hendroff, Hillsong)
