from the volume pedal my tuner (boss tu2) comes out through the tuner out (so no tone is lost from my tuner), and the signal goes to my amp, a two-rock custom reverb

That one is just going to depend on the pedals and your personal preference. Take a couple hours and just experiment.

Yeah im probably gonna spend a good amount of time experimenting. I really want the OCD to be my main Rhythm overdrive and the Jekyll overdrive to maybe be more of a boost and the Hyde(distortion) to be just a regular strait up distortion. Then the Little Big Muff to be a good old Fuzzzzzzzzz. So Right now Im thinking of Jekyll & Hyde -> Muff -> OCD?
