Who have you seen in concert?

I don't know why, but for some reason we've never had one of these threads here in Secular Forum. It's high time we had one. I have seen:

John Mayer (x2) I'm not a fan anymore......
The Strokes
Tool
The Dismemberment Plan
Coldplay
Audioslave
Sigur Ros
Zwan
Pearl Jam (best concert of my life so far)
Wilco
Bob Dylan

upcoming shows:

The Red Hot Chili Peppers
Lollapalooza

Geez, let me think. There's no way I could list all of the concerts I've seen, but I'll do what I can.

Dave Matthews Band (3 times)
Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds (2 times)
The Wailers
Ben Harper
Bela Fleck & Flecktones (2)
Vic Wooten Band
Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers
3 Rivers Music Fest (about 30 artists)
Hootie and the Blowfish (5... hey, they were big in SC back in the day)
Charlie Hunter Trio
Josh Lamkin (2)
Karl Denson's Tiny Universe
Guster (2)
Jack Johnson
OAR
Blue Dogs (4 times, they're a SC band)
Dezeray's Hammer (2)
John Mayer (thankfully my girlfriend bought my ticket )

I could keep going, but that's plenty.

Upcoming:
Dave Matthews Band
Ben Harper / Jack Johnson
Phish
3 Rivers Music Fest 2003 (moe., BB King, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Keb Mo'...)
Taj Mahal
Branford Marsalis

What I can remember without too much thought.

Pearl Jam
Ben Harper (at least three times I can remember)
Jack Johnson (as and opener for Ben and a record shop performance)
DMB
Pedro the Lion (thrice, twice with Seldom, once with Damien Jurado)
GY!BE
Chris Whitley
Elliott Smith
Umm... Spacing on what else I've seen.

Upcoming:

Sigur Ros
Ben Harper (possibly)
Cursive (quite likely)

Great thread idea, by the way.

I was trying to list bands that I thought people would have heard of. There are plenty of other opening bands and local bands that I chose not to list.

Did they charge more than $5 or pre-sale tickets?

Tool (the greatest concert venue EVER)
Marilyn Manson (slightly entertaining, wholly tiring)
The Deftones (straight forward, no crap, 2 hours of rock glory)
Flickerstick (O.K. 1/2 Lackluster, 1/2 Breathtaking)
The Violet Burning (I went to sleep)
John Mayer (2X, while sitting next to Michael Stipe in an Athens coffeehouse)
Ani DiFranco (amazing)

And 2 or 3 others not worth mentioning.

The Fugazi show was at the door..no pre-sale tickets..

In my area there isn't much of a need for it; there were maybe 15 people there all together..I even got to talk to Ian a little bit. It was breath-taking to talk to the man who almost single-handedly brought emo to the masses...
