I love "You Still Amaze Me" by Audio Adrenaline and "Revolutionary Love" by David Crowder Band.

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight.

Matt Radman is great...Blessed Be Your Name, Heart Of Worship, etc.

Paul Baloche does a wonderful job (I know, poor verbiage, here...lol...

HillSongs, definitely!

Chris Tomlin HoW Great Is Our God, Indescribable

How about Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin?

I own a Gibson Nighthawk SP3 and play through a Fender Frontman 25R amp.; I also use my Peavey PA set. My DigiTech RPx400 guitar effects pedal adds quite a variety of sounds. I also have procured a Roland/Boss SE-50 effcts unit, a rack mount unit, actually. Sounds great also.

I am looking into this new one by Digitech, Vocalist Live 4 (VL4). Does anyone here know anything about this one? I am always looking for tone-improvement capabilities. Thanks.

I saw Paul Baloche at a music summit and just had to get his new CD.

My favorite songs are Our God Saves and Rock of Ages You Will Stand. More classics from the master writer in my opinion.

Jeff Deyo's "Love of God", I finally saw him live at a youth convention and that song is amazing... oh and I like "Unveil" by him too.

Favorite Guitar Songs
Here are some of my recent favorites. They all have catchy guitar parts, not necessarily great leads, some do, but they all work and they all have an accessible message sanctified (set apart) from the worlds. If there is an acoustic bias, well it is after all my list, and I'm still learning on a great 25th Anniversary Seagull Acoustic.

A few from those who are not overtly Christian bands; Long Hard Day and Everyday -The BoDeans, Ultraviolet - U2, Wild Theme (From Movie Local Hero) - Mark Knopfler, Ride (Waiting For Your Letter) - Cary Brothers, I've Been Everywhere - Johnny Cash, Many Roads - Clannad,
Wipe Out - Version by The Challengers (from Killer Surf).

Honorable Mention; Two Hands - Jars Of Clay, Revelation - Third Day, The Face Of Love - Sanctus Real,
Do Right To Me Baby and Man Gave Names To All The Animals - Bob Dylan, Empty Me - Chris Sligh.

And now my list - for this week.

House Of Faith - Geoff Moore And The Distance, Never Saw You Coming - Bebo Norman,
History - Matthew West, All Because Of Jesus - Casting Crowns,
No One Knows My Heart - Susan Ashton, Dream On - Maire Brennan (who was with Clannad btw),
God People - Salvador, In Christ Alone - Traci West,
Divine Romance - Phil Wickham, Sweetly Broken - Jeremy Riddle,
The Way I Was Made - Chris Tomlin, By Your Side - Tenth Avenue North,
My Hope Is You - Third Day, I Am Not Who I Was - Brandon Heath,
Like A Child - Jars Of Clay, Give Me A Heart - Praise Band,
Psalm 91 - Sonic Flood, He Reigns - Newsboys, and
Cajon Pass - Phil Keaggy.

Play on!
