Alright, the basic problem:

I want to play Medal of Honor on one of my other PC's. The PC runs Vista 32-bit. It has a really old graphics card: A Geforce 4 MX440. When I try to run MoH, it tells me it has an OpenGL error... Well, that's just great. So I try to download the latest drivers to fix it, and it turns out they no longer have drivers for the 440, or at least not on Vista. What do I do now?

Also, I tried disabling the Geforce and instead using the default Intel chipset thing just to see if that'd work, but it says it has some problem and won't work. I disabled the Geforce and enabled the Intel, restarted my PC, but it still says there's a problem. The drivers are current. Help?

I have had that exact same problem many times. It's really simple to fix on Win 98, but not so on XP or Vista. On the 98, all you have to do is 1. type "msconfig" into the run bar, 2. go to the win.ini tab, 3. expand the "drawdib" box, 4. then uncheck the dva=0. This worked for 98, but it didn't fix it on XP. What you might try, is googling "Gl direct 5.0.2" This is the latest GL driver, but they don't make them any more. (I'm guessing this game is MOHAA) Once you download the driver, it should get you into the game. If you graphics card is too old, then you won't be able to play, because it needs a multitextering capable graphics card.

I'm hesitant to do this because the file in question says nothing about Vista. You sure it won't do anything?

I've downloaded it twice, and our antivirus didn't catch anything, and that was a couple months ago, and nothing has happened yet.

I was more worried about it messing up some settings, but it didn't. I set a restore point before trying it, and it worked out.
