hey guys you see my Sloth icon under my name? how do i put something in writing up there? thanks

You have to have a certain number of posts, and have been a member for a certain amount of time. You change it by going into "user cp" and clicking on "edit profile". There will be a space for custom user text, that's where you change it. =)

I believe there is a post minimum (you are almost, or already there)... and a number of days to be registered (not sure how mayn)
