Guess What?
Well...I guess I shouldn't have to tell you what since I'm posting it in this forum. But,

I'M ENGAGED!

Her name is Rebekah (Bekah), and she's 2 months older than I am. Yes, that means we're both 18. The date will be sometime this spring.

The crazy thing about this whole deal is that we've known each other for only about 6 months now. That means that the whole thing was amazingly God. I've got all kinds of stories about how it came about, which I'll eventually get to posting. Short story is that we're going into ministry together. The most amazing person I know...saying I'm excited is an understatement.

I asked her earlier today (after talking to her parents, siblings, friends and my parents over the past weeks) and she said yes. It was amazing!

I guess that's all I'll post for now, but if you've got any questions, I'll be ready to answer them.

Oh, and btw we never dated. I wouldn't even call it a courtship...just an amazing friendship and an amazing God.

I think getting married at 18 is a little soon. But i guess if God wants you two tobe together then so be it. I think it is still pretty awsome though. Congratulations!!!!!

Yep, they're turquoise. Which just happens to be my birthstone
