How much do those cost?

If I did get those, though, it would give me a real excuse to get my guitar set up.

I believe mine were 40$ OTC. They live up to there promise I tell you that. Hadnt broken a string since.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't check those, or if they did, something changed in the shipping to cause the issue. The real issue is that big-box stores like GC don't have the time to go through and set up the hundreds of instruments they have in stock. A few of the smaller stores in my area have someone set up all new guitars they receive.

I'll definitely take a look into those saddles. If Dave uses them, then they must be pretty spectacular.
