Apparently I have been awarded a scholarship...
But it seems I am the last to know.

I got a phone call from someone I know who was at the conference (in June) to congratulate me on the scholarship, and I replied. What scholarship? Apparently, I won this scholarship. Hooray. But um... How do I get it.
