| all im saying is that if you watch any old football game, pre-1985, the players are not as fast, not as big, and not as athletic as they are today.
and in response to the guy who said randy moss is too inconsistent...he has been an incredible receiver when with a good QB. with Cunningham, he was sensational as a rookie and sophomore. With Culpepper, he was also incredible. With the Raiders and however many guys they had as QB over those two years, he was no good. But now, with Tom Brady, he is again sensational. And I picked Brady for my dream QB.

I am not the only person you have attacked on here, and obviously I will not be the last. Sports is one of the topics most open for debate and opinions, and it would greatly suit you to learn how to respect peoples opinions and not bash them because you don't agree. Sports is open to speculation whether or not you like it. Your attitude is really not helping you at all when it comes to getting respect. If you want people to take you seriously, you need to learn when to back off and you need to show others respect as well. If you can't respond without attacks and juvenile behavior, please don't post. |

You are not the authority on what can and cannot be posted. This has nothing to do with the thread in mlb, it has to do with you for some bizarre reason feeling only you have the right to post your opinions, and whenever anyone else does you get bent out of shape. Plus, I am now the second person you've attacked for having an opinion opposite of yours in sports and athletics. I don't have a problem with you, I have a problem with your attitude. |

And about Moss, I don't know if I'd say that Culpepper was a great QB, I think he was (and therefore, some of Moss's stats) were due to the whole system in Minnesota...but when he's motivated, he is one of the most dangerous receivers.....

But, all that aside, My list would be very similar to Gwens:
QB- Peyton Manning...or Brady, or any of the old timers-(Nameth,Montana,Unites[sp?],ect.)
RB- Barry Sanders
RB- Emmet Smith or Walter Payton
WR- Jerry Rice is definitely a lock here.
WR- Marvin Harrison (could go with Moss...or Irving, or Swann)
TE- Shannon Sharpe
OL- Orlando Pace (a lot of guys could go here)
DE- Reggie White
DT-Mean Joe Green
MLB- Mike Singletary or Dick Butkus
OLB-Lawrence Taylor
CB-Deion Sanders
CB-Champ Bailey
S-Paul Krause
K-Adam Vinatieri
P- Chris Gardocki PR/KR- Gale Sayers |
