Yes, canceled class are quite nice .

No I didn't plan on giving blood, but my friend Joe was doing it so I was like ah what the heck and did it too.

Get to the blood drive early so you can get the right size free shirt instead of an XXL. Kidding. I guess the only advice is to not be scared because it doesn't really hurt. It hurts more to get a flu shot. Plus you get snacks!

Haha yes I said snacks. I got grape juice and a granola chewy bar. I think I'm going to try and do it every quarter, because apparently my mom said I have rare blood? Idk.

Marathon Attempt Update: Okay so I haven't really done anything up until today because I ran twice, and felt like dying and I've been so busy. I'm going to start using the elliptical trainer that my dad just bought though to help get me into shape without killing myself before I hit the pavement. I "ran" on it for thirty minutes today and was pretty worn out by the end. In April there is a 10K west of Houston in a town called Brenham, my goal is to run in it. It's sponsored by the Blue Bell ice cream company so you get free ice cream .

Ooh! I have a story about giving blood!

My high school, senior year, Lifeblood came to the the school and the seniors were encouraged to give blood. It was the first time I had ever done it. Well, as I was standing in line outside, I got stung by a wasp. the Nurse then put tobacco on the sting. When I went to give blood, ten minutes later, the acid from the sting as well as the tobacco were in my blood stream, and my heart rate had tripled.

I filled the bag in less than 45 seconds without passing out. They were quite amazed at my fortitude.

Wow that is incredible. This girl next to me almost passed out just from doing it normally.

Things I have done recently:

I bought a $50 printer, it takes a long time to print things

I bought a beard trimmer, it trims well.

I went to a good Driver F show with my brother

Ate at Which Wich

Things I need to do:

Tell my parents of my plans to move out in the fall

Get back into writing/playing music.

Stop wasting so much time on CGR

Wake up. School. Work. Sleep. Wake up. Homework. Work. Sleep. Bought shoes for my girlfriend. They were in the wrong size. I saw Eastern Promises. It had a good knife fight in it. Viggo Mortenson was naked. Sleep. Wake up. About to go to work.

That is the last three days in a nutshell.

Yeah it gets pretty repetitive. We've been dating for a little over 2 years now. Nothing exciting is really coming up currently. I'm just surviving the mundaneness of going to college while living at home. Hopefully this post will win the ipod because I'm heading out and won't be able to post till tomorrow.

I am 90% sure this guy I encountered is a child predator:

So I am working at Outback Steakhouse in the To Go section Sunday morning (Sundays are notoriously slow) and I'm in the little To Go room reading when somebody walks in. He looks like an average guy in his 30's, he has on sunglasses and a red sleeveless shirt. Nothing creepy about him at all, no pencil line mustache, no oddly place moles, and no super thick unibrow. When he walks in I say, "Hi how are you doing sir?"

He slowly takes off his sunglasses and then just looks at me. Doesn't say anything, just looks. After about ten awkward seconds of us just looking at each other I ask, "Would you like to order some food to go?"

He replies, "Don't ya'll have lunch?" (Please note that he still has no expression on his face, just a blank stare)

"Well yes they are serving lunch inside the restaurant, would like eat inside?"

Again he doesn't answer, he just stares at me. So I open the door for him and tell him, "If you walk around to the front of the restaurant the hostess will be happy to seat you."

He walks out the door very slowly, and I follow him and start to head into the kitchen. As I go into the kitchen I turn around to look back at him, and he is walking to the front but staring at me.

So later I got up to the hostess and ask if a creeper in a red shirt came up to her and she said yeah. She said that he like came up semi behind her and just stood there. She turned around and asked if he needed help and he said, "I want to eat lunch."

She asked him how many people were in his party and still his same monotone voice and blank face he replied, "Two........ no wait......... one."

This is the last I heard of him, but then later when I was leaving I got into my car and he came out of the restaurant and started walking towards me. As soon as he passed in front of my car to the point where I wouldn't run him over I floored it. I probably should have hit him.

Made an 88 on a history test! Grades this semester seem to be going good.

In other news I'm going to go buy some CD's today because I have a lot of best buy gift cards. CD's that I want to get:
Explosions in the Sky - All of a sudden I miss Everyone
Gorrilaz - Feel Good Inc.
Some sort of Springsteen greatest hits with I'm on Fire on it
Tilly and the Wall - Bottoms of Barrels

I'm debating what I should get with my tax return this year. I'm thinking about getting an xbox 360 but I'm not sure. I should read for school....

In all seriousness, I don't think I will ever take a 7:00 class again.

I ended up getting three CD's yesterday:
The Shins - Wincing the Night Away
The Gorillaz - Demon Days
Explosions in the Sky - How Strange, Innocence

I have also finally started to play guitar again! Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it. Today I work again from 3-5 at one job and then from 6-10:30 at another. *sighs* Lately everything seems full of school and then work, but the in between moments are great so it's bearable. That pretty much qraps it up for now

It's been a while since I've posted in here, I've been really busy. Things that have happened:
1. Got an 89 on a government test
2. Probably failed a philosophy test
3. Need to start writing a paper for history
4. I haven't been getting enough hours at work and I'm cutting it pretty close on paying bills.

Thanks to everyone who prayed for me about my parents. They probably aren't going to get a divorce now. They used to never fight, they started about five years ago, and it has been a pretty constant things since then. Usually though their fights are really loud and the yell obscenities and other things that you should never say to your spouse. The reason I thought that they were going to seriously get divorced this time was because they didn't yell or anything, they were actually talking about it. I'm sure in about a week they'll be back to yelling at each other again so whatever.


In less depressing news; Spring Break is coming up and that'll be fun cause I'll get to see all of my friends. And then the last weekend in March I'm going to Austin to see my friends and go to a playradioplay concert. That's all that's really keeping me going right now. I've been playing guitar more lately which is awesome because I've missed it. Maybe I'll get back into writing music soon. I think I'll also record a new video blog because I haven't done that in a while and that should be fun.
