| Pastors Unity How connected are your pastors? Like Youth Pastor, Lead Pastor, Children's Pastor, etc.
I'm just wondering cause at the church we're at right now, they aren't very connected, and I'm wondering if it gets that way in a lot of churches?

| I worked in a church a few years ago where the staff of 6+ pastors met together for a devotional and business meeting (followed by lunch) every week. They all had a really great working relationship and even got together socially pretty often.
The church I'm at now is pretty different. The senior pastor is only part-time and lives in a different state (geographically, not mentally), so he's generally not in the office during the week. So, it's usually just me and the youth/assistant pastor in the office.
I do try to meet up regularly with the senior pastor and we have a pretty good relationship. I don't really interact that much with the youth/assistant pastor because our ministries hardly overlap at all and we each work very different hours.

| I think my church pastors(youth, care and senior) are pretty connected. I haven't seen them in conversation with each other, but yeah, they seem great.

Church ministries need to stay connected and in communication. One of the frustrating things going on in my church right now is that some things are being poorly communicated resulting in hurt feelings because of misunderstandings. |

| The leadership in my church seems to be very connected. Once a month our church hosts service/lunch/meeting of all mnisters in the area who want to participate. |
