Is this album good? I've heard mixed opinions so far.

Hmm. I really liked parts of it, and there were some parts that were just too nu-metal for me. There's 3 or 4 songs with no screaming, and they really pull most of those off quite nicely. The inclusion of a keyboard adds something to the usual metal songs, and the outro is amazing.

An 8 or 9 from me.

EDIT: To add to that, it's not a very hard cd. Compared to say....As I Lay Dying or August Burns Red. Even the hard parts aren't that hard.

That said, the 4/5 songs that are metal, they're quite well done. "Wax Walls" isn't anything special, but they've got some pretty cool breakdowns/solos on the other tracks. It's a melodic metal cd, basically.

The wrong shall fail, the right prevail
With peace on earth, good will to men.”
