Why would he want to? Nothing scares me more than the idea of power tools around my 'little buddy'.

this reminds me of the time my cousins and I saw a man jogging in shorts, running shoes and a construction hat.

While I agree that I wouldn't do it, he wasn't exactly just walking around out in public in the nude. He was working at a house... Which is also weird, but oh well.

Even if it isn't illegal, isn't that something that should be disclosed to the owner before work begins. And if that is done then I don't see how he can stay in business.
