In The Image of God

Truly, mankind is made in the image of God. We are now on the verge of creating artificial life from "scratch" (using chemicals that God created in the first place)!!! Now this has some major implications. They are talking about man-made life forms and being able to do things to save the envrionment. But knowing how evil the human mind can be, there is also a potential for great destruction. Maybe that one-horned-one-eyed flyng purple people eater can one day come into fruition.

But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

I feel like this could be said about any sort of developing technology.

yeah mabey but its not exactly like half the stuff thats been created already is harmless, although it would be kinda scary seeing a huge purple was or something flying at you so far scientists only seem to be talking microscopic size anyway.
