Your parents may let your younger siblings date when they're your age. It may be that they come to think maybe they were a little too strict on you and loosen up a bit with them. It's just natural. You're their first experience in all of this parenting stuff.

In any event, there are two ways you can respond. You can either complain about it being unfair or you can accept it, accept that they love you and want what's best for you, and work within their rules. Obviously, the second choice is better.

Let me reiterate what's already been said here a couple times. Take her out to coffee, have her come by the house. You'll get to know her a lot better by talking with her than staring at a screen for a couple of hours (at least in the way you're parents AREN'T worried about). My point is, if you really like this girl, you won't let the fact that movies are off-limits stop you from pursuing her. Heck, why not just watch a movie at home? That said, don't worry about it too much. There's more to life than girls, AND being really cool. Explore (as it seems you are) the other areas God has blessed you with in your life.
