What to do after you make a demo CD?

Title says it all! Where should I send it off to and I just flat out need some advice on this. I'm good at writing and recording songs, I just need help on the other side of the spectrum.

Please give any good advice!!

what do you want to do with it?

most bands make demos to distribute at shows or give to venues so they can get shows.
