I don't understand.....is this supposed to be played on a piano?
1. You can't put a piano into alternate tuning.
2. What the heck do those numbers mean? Do you seriously expect people to count the number of keys from the end of the piano? That looks more like a chess game.
3. Why are you saying to play everything on the "D string"? If you are referring to the guitar, I haven't seen too many with 28 frets.

You really should learn to read sheet music. It is much easier than this method, and infinitely more precise.

What do the numbers refer to? I'm assuming the other stuff is black key or white key? This is way more complex and difficult than simply learning to read music.
