I'd like to suggest incline dumbbell curls for those looking to switch up their biceps workout a bit.

Also, does anyone know of hard forearm excercises other than wrist rollers and reverse curls.

RESSURECTION

So today I bought this adjustable bench press and what not off of Craigslist for 150$. It was the greatest deal of my life.

It came with:
Incline/decline bench w/ leg extension and is suitable for squatting with
1 olympic 45 lb. bar
1 olympic curling bar
2 olympic dumbells
2 45 lb. weights
2 35 lb. weights
2 25 lb.
2 10 lb.
4 5 lb.
and 2 2 and a 1/2 lb weights. Thats 255 lbs. of weights (which is pretty suitable for me at the time).

pictures on my flickr IMGP1231 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

Anyways, I basically bought this because I don't always have the time to work out at my school cause I sports basically year round. Right now my arms workout regimine consists of: benching, 45 degree incline benching, military press, skull crunchers, curls and some form of high rows. Does anyone have any other reccomendations for my arms workout?

Well I guess I should call it more of an upper body day because "arms" for me includes working my back and shoulders. The "rows" I was doing are kind of like these except whle standing upright.

Sean, I know this has probably been asked hundreds of times, but whats a good amount of sets and repetitions per set while benching if you are trying to achieve more strength (and like, a higher max)?
Thanks.

To increase your max you need to both exhaust your muscles and train your body to be more effective at heavy lifting.

I tend(ed) to do routines like this. Each set was done to failure except warm up and weight was added after each set.

Warm Up - 10 reps or more

Set 1 - 7 reps
Set 2 - 5 reps
Set 3 - 3-4 reps
Set 4 - 1-2 reps

Burn Set *

* Immediately following your last set you drop the weight by 30% and do as many reps as possible. When your muscles give out . Drop the weight again and do as many reps as possible...repeat several more times.

I have officially gotten of my lazy butt and started exercising again. I'm going the same routine as before, but I'm starting out with lighter weights and doing way more reps. I really want to cut down my body fat % (I want to lose like 10 lbs of fat... I'm not (currently) overweight, but I'm flabbier than I want to be) but if I do I'm be in really good shape) before I start to bulk up again.

I'm really focusing on toning up my abs and glutes. Any suggestions?

So lately whenever I have benched I've had clicking in my right shoulder. There is no pain and it doesn't bother me at all. I have read that taking Glucosamine and MSM (fish oils) can cure this, but the clicking just started 2 days ago and I just started taking the supplements. Has anyone else ever experienced this/ know what to do about it? Should I stop benching for a while?

I had that in my elbow for little while... idk if it's a problem or not.

So on the area between my bicep and my shoulder on both my arms I noticed a rash... upon further inspection I realized they were stretch marks
has anyone ever had this happen?

I can't address your specific situation as I'm not a doctor....I know, you thought I was right? Anyway, my shoulders are ruined. I have almost no cartilage left. Bench pres makes up very little of my workouts for that reason. What I find allows me to work my chest and shoulders is to vary my routine.....incline, decline, wide grip, narrow grip, use dumbbells etc. That way my shoulders don't follow the exact same path all the time.
