I was wondering the same thing. That diet sounds uber-expensive.

I don't know. Lets see....

Price Per Serving = 12.5 cents per serving
Servings Per Month = 45ish
Cost Per Month - $5.60
Glutamine -

Cost Per Month - $3
Vitamin C

NOS

Servings = 30
Price Per Serving = 33 cents
Servings Per Month = 15
Cost Per Month $5
ZMA
Price = $15 for 90 pills

Vitamin E

If you add all those together its around $65. I don't always use all of these supplements though and sometimes I use others. I tried to be very conservative when pricing supplements. I priced many of these based off GNC's prices, but almost all of these products are sold "buy one get one half off." So its difficult to tell. I also didn't include protein powder because I use that to replace meals.

It is if you don't cook. If an average balanced diet is 2000 calories and you're eating 3000 calories, it will be 50% more than a 2000 calorie diet. You learn quickly how to save money.

As many of you know, I'm getting married in May. I would love to significantly increase my muscle mass by then. I'm not expecting to look like Leonides from 300, but I would like to gain strength and have it show.

My brother was in drum corps this summer, and in his pictures he showed me "Team Creatine", four or five guys who went on a creatine regimen along with the already-rigorous training schedule they had going on. Anyway, it REALLY worked for them. My brother did nothing and is skin and bones. Same training, totally different results, with creatine supplements being the one dependent variable.

Needless to say, it piqued my interest. Any creatine users out there? What should I keep in mind when shopping around? Should I discuss it with my doctor first? When is the best time to take it?

Thanks.
How are things going?
