| XTL Resource Thread (post and find patches here) (once attachments are back up and running)
Go for it.
.l6t files can now be uploaded to CGR without zipping, by the way. |

| We should have requests in here to that would be cool. Cause some people can hear tone differences alot better than other people. I would be willing to help out when I have time to fill requests |

| Ok, I will give you the best I got.
I'm not adept at creating my own patches, I mostly tweak others or use them as stock. There is a guy on the Line 6 forums named AZ, all of his patches are INCREDIBLE.
Here goes:
Lincoln Brewsters POD XT Live patches. Lots of Jump Lead patches with heavy delay.
and
The entire AZ collection, I use Jumpy Plexi Lead, chemical AZ (dual rec tone), Lunaplate AZ and Rippin Top Boost the most. (I think some of these use the model packs (metal/classic), but go through each one)

| Here's some I've made with my toneport.

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight. | |
