I did a little bit of customizing (there's a couple pngs that you can use for the apple menu and spotlight look), and I'm also using Compiz Fusion with the Emerald theme, but the gnome theme is basically the same, just with the buttons switched and no drop shadow. FF theme is included too.

press "Print Screen" on your keyboard (along the top, on the right side). Open up Paint. Edit --> Paste. File --> Save As

make sure you choose .jpg as your file type.

On the off chance that you have a Mac, press Command+Shift+3 and the image file will be saved to your desktop.
