If Arkansas is better for you guys, go on and do it. I can just go to the Ohio one. I am in eastern NC. A 13 hour drive just isn't feasible for me. Plus, I think my parents would feel safer with me driving to Raleigh, then flying, instead of driving somewhere the whole way.

To be honest, the chances of me coming are not great. I am definitely interested, but unless it is in August, I won't even be in the country for it. And even in August, I will have just gotten back and be totally broke and in debt.

Honestly, I think if Patrick is planning to attend Fireflyfest or whatever they call it, it's best to let him to that than to move the whole location and still keep him driving 8 hours. Just a thought.

Seeing as we are all poor college students
I do think that other than food costs (which we'd all be splitting)
if we decide to go with the canoe trip
the only other costs to you would be the gas to drive here
and the camping fee (which is like $8 which we would also be splitting)
I'm gonna try to keep it cheap
and if we want t-shirts I can get those
but that's later to come

Plus food and possibly hotel on the way up. Arkansas is a helluva drive from way down here. It'd be at least $100, plus seeing as I would have just returned to the country after being away for a year... I'm not sure I'd be up to running off somewhere again.

It has to be august. I'll be finishing up school in late July. If it's late July I will definitely not be able to come.

cause second will be too close to the start of college possibly
