A brisket we ordered for the boat (6 men onboard) when delivered was to big to fit in the oven so I put it on the BBQ for six hours. Turned out better than expected.

Tacos al carbon. Carne asada, cilantro, chopped white onion, homemade guacamole, and salsa on corn tortillas (I fried them this time). Well, it wasn't actually tacos al carbon. It normally is, but I don't have a BBQ at my new apartment yet. I guess you could call them tacos al rangetop.
