| Tonight I made......sweet potatoes in a way I actually like them. Genius!
(And, a new thanksgiving tradition) Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Cranberry Compote. (Picture coming soon...)

I cooked steak tips, gravy, mashed potatoes, green peas, and garlic toast. Mmm. Also, I sautéed some Mushrooms to put over the steak and mashed potatoes. |

| Coffee cake. It's pretty good, save for the salty flavor of the topping, because I used slightly frozen olive oil instead of butter. Oh well.
