| I made an omelet for breakfast - eggs, green bell pepper, tomatoes, cheese & smoked sausage. It was pretty amazing. |

The last thing I cooked for dinner was a southwest chicken salad with a spicy chicken/vegetable tamale. |

Tonight's menu! Pasta with a meaty sauce, a faux-Greek salad and dill bread.

| I was in the Indian district of town, so I stopped by my favorite produce shop...
I got five limes, two red bell peppers, a cucumber, a package or large pitas and a bunch of lemongrass for five bucks.
I then proceeded to make spicy lemongrass pork over vermicelli.

| I just fried up some fresh french fries and made it healthier by dumping a big can of Dennison's chili on top with some cheddar cheese.
WITH PICS!
And yes, that is my entire kitchen. My fridge is just off to the right and I was practically sitting in my sink.

| For lunch tomorrow I made a Dill Pasta dish but I didn't have dill weed so it's the anti-dill pasta dish. Penne pasta, chopped green onions, green bell peppers, garlic, cherry tomatoes, asparagus and dressing oil with a lot of spicyness. We'll see...it's pretty anyhow. |

| Grilled salmon parmesan last night. Very tasty. We have fish/seafood at least a couple times a week. |

| Chicken breast braised in a bit of chardonnay smothered in sauteed onions and mushrooms in a pan sauce made with a pat of butter to bloom, and a bit of heavy cream with hand mashed russet potatoes. 'Twas delicious. |
