Looks sharp. Spacing does seem a tad close... If they are close to the ground watch out for clearance, such as speed bumps, etc. Also, here in PA, the state inspection law requires that they be switched in with the high-beam circuit, so when you bring the vehicle in for inspection, the shop may remove them/clip the wires/request that you remove them...
Or if you go to a *local* "good ole boys" shop, they may not care & pass it with them connected to a toggle switch, which is probably how you have them wired now, right?

BTW, if they are high wattage/amperage, it would be a good idea to run them off an aux. relay...
