| Pondering this entertaining uncertainty... So I decided I'd start back with my own blog again...
My lifes been pretty crazy the last two months. I've been working a lot. This week, the two people that know more than me (and one of them knows more than one of the pharmacists about a lot of stuff) are both gone, so I get to pretend I'm them. So I worked yesterday today and Wednesday. On Wednesday, I go to my youth group and lead. My youth pastor has left me Beef and Kelsey in charge of it for the summer. Then I drive an hour and a half to help another youth group with their summer camp until Friday. Then I'll probably hang out with Teeny (my best friends sister). She'll be getting back from a month in Korea. Then on Saturday, I'm going to a concert. Sunday I'm leading worship. Then Monday I fly to New York for vacation. *overwhelmed*
Hm... what else has happened the last two months? I got officially accepted to SAE Institute. I'm probably going to officially decide on which apartment I am going to live in later this week. Um.. I've been leading (as in the guy in charge) worship on Sunday mornings a few times, so that's pretty cool.
Oh, I totally have a goatee. I'll post a picture later.
I'm thinking about getting a tattoo before I move too. I have a friend that knows a good clean place, so I'd like to go there and get it rather than some strange place in Nashville.
Alright, I gotta get to work now and take care of some insurance issues we were having yesterday. |

| So, I just got back from helping at another camp. It was pretty good. Nothing too special (I was only there for a day and a half, so that probably made a difference).
It's funny how you grow out of things. This youth group was my first youth group, and I used to hold everything to the standards of it. However, I've grown since then (both physically and spiritually) and realize that I'm not in total agreement with their ideas anymore. Not that there's anything bad about them, they just have a much more missions oriented focus (almost to the point that it's sinful not to go on missions trips). Now, I'm all for missions trips (I've been on three), but I think there's much more to it than that. Also, there seemed to be a lot of legalistic type of stuff from other people (not really from the main leader, but from some of the other adult leaders and even some of the youth leaders).
It's just funny looking at how much I've changed.
Tonight, I'm going to a concert, Sunday morning, I'm leading worship, and Sunday night I may go swing dancing since my partner's back from Korean!
Oh yeah, I've totally become a swing dancing fanatic. It's sooooo much fun.
Monday morning I leave for New York on vacation. |

| Haha. Almost forgot.
1. This was from a couple weeks ago. The goatee is a bit more filled out now, but it looks mostly the same.
2. This was from camp. Not so good with showing off the goatee, but I thought it was a pretty awesome picture. |

| Haha. The sideburns were kind of unintentional. As was the goatee actually. I had decided to try and grow a beard at the beginning of the summer. So I had a couple weeks off of work and I didn't shave. I wasn't happy with how it was coming in, so I decided to shave it off. I started shaving off the upper lip and sides first, but when I saw the goatee, I really liked how it looked. Then I decided to leave the sideburns the way they are too. |

| Ahaha. I totally should.
My youth pastor's working on that look I think (maybe minus the colors...).
Oh and that's totally me in the background wearing a fedora. I have 2 of them. They are the best hats. |

The pharmacy tech didn't know that was Advil... The other tech commented, "And you're working in a pharmacy?" Quote:

| Haha. Yeah, we have three techs (myself included) that know quite a bit, simply because we've been working there for more than a year. Then we have 3 techs that know almost nothing (they're getting better). Pharmacy is such a hard job because there's so much involved. We have to take in a prescription, find the correct patient, check the prescription and make sure we have it in stock, make sure that the doctor doesn't write it for some crazy dosage (like 10 tablets of vicodin ES a day), and make sure the person isn't some druggy trying to play us. And that's all before the prescription even gets typed up in the computer. There's just so much to learn that most people give up. Quote: |

| Yeah, it was a lighting or camera issue. I'm wearing that same shirt right now without the black spot. I'm fairly certain it was a camera issue though as it doesn't look much like a random shade spot or something. |

That's more than I would have thought about. Quote: |

| Haha. I figured. I just found it kind of funny. I figured it was that, or you might have accidentally clicked it with the brush tool when resizing it. |

| I got it like that, so the person who gave it to me may have done that as well. It does look very much like a photoshop brush mark. |

| Haha. Good plan. I'd love to do something like that. In fact, if sound engineering doesn't work out, I think that's where I'll end up. I can't do pharmacy for the rest of my life. It would drive me insane. |
