family

Hello, friends.

Yesterday my father was killed in an auto accident while leaving church. He was visiting his parents in TN and was coming home later that day. He left behind a business he began on his own. The largest home cleaning service in Lexington, KY. And now all of the decisions regarding that business and it's 25 employees are left to my brother and I.

This was all very sudden and is very painful and disorienting as I'm sure you can imagine. Please pray for my family.

Thank you all.

My family and I are headed to Tennessee today. The funeral will be held there tomorrow and we should be back before the end of the week. It's difficult to integrate this into what I guess you could call my "normal existence." At times I feel somewhat removed from the whole thing, as if it's far in the distance. I suppose it's a normal anesthetizing kind of deal.

All things considered, I think we're holding up fairly well. I appreciate very much the prayers and support.

Thanks again.
