yeah its one of those things you see around a bit and comes in handy. i mean it would could always come in useful falling from a high place or just jumping stuff and its fun to do.
did you guys know in the chase scene in the begining of casino royale the guy James bond is chasing as was actually a proffesional free runner?

I'm trying some stuff, mostly running and jumping on walls. I wanna try some flips and jumps and stuff

cool be careful teaching yourself flips though cause if you land on your head.. you get the point so try and stay safe. if you can try and get someone to spot you and doing squats and other leg excersises will help you get power in your legs. good luck!

yeah.also it helps to learn on a trampoline.it really does.

yeah trampolines are great cause you don't hurt yourself so much and it takes a really short time to learn on there but still gives you the feel of it.

yeah true. they way i thought of it though was your mum 'trying' to stop you would be really hard...
and i dunno, Broccoli is one mean veggie.

My thoughts never come out right. I meant that practicing parkour is a good thing, and parents generally like for their children to do good things, such as eating vegetables.

Broccoli may be mean, but brussle sprouts are pure evil...

yeah im gonna try and get out a bit during the holidays (which start in 2-3 weeks) and try and practise some of the basics. i think the hardest part is going to be finding walls that are just the right hight to run up, or something high enough to jump off... still sounds like fun and hopefully help with agility for soccer and touch when they start up
