Velcro doesn't kill, though... under normal circumstances, and sensible use...

Well, maybe people die when you use velcro, Jason, but that's not the issue at hand.

Civilian ak47s don't kill people under normal circumstances and sensible use either.

One could argue the 'sensible use' clause. But 'Normal Circumstances'? What is a normal circumstance for an assault rifle? An assault perhaps?

Actually, AK-47s have been used by quite a few criminals.

Well, they must not be very popular around here. Most the criminals here have been using handguns. And right now a trained sniper is suspected of killing his wife with a high powered rifle while she was singing at a bar.
