I dunno why it took me a year to figure this out. I've recently found You Tube to be a good resource for new worship music.
If you do a song search by title or title and artist, you can often find multiple postings of the original artists version of the song, various people interpreting how they play the song, and in many cases, a video of folks using the song in their church services.
I've seen "Mighty To Save" listed often in the song selection threads so I just did a You Tube search to check it out. There is a drum workshop on it, a guitar tutorial on it, and multiple versions of it posted by people showing how they play it. Here's one dude's interpretation of the song for example:

I checked on some other songs I have on my "Potential List" and was able to find something for every single one. We're getting ready to roll out "Everlasting God" and I found this example of someone introducing it in their church. One of many examples:
