| Anybody in NC? Hey all, I'm new here and I was just curious if anyone here was from North Carolina? I live in Fayetteville and at the time being I'm bored out of my mind so I figured posting on here might be a way to meet some new peeps. Oh yeah, by the way I'm a 23 yr old male, musician and artist, don't I sound so interesting? hehehe Someone humor me por favor

| I'm from Virginia Beach, which is practically in NC anyway. Does that count?
BTW, I love going to Spare Oom. It's a great place.

| So it's nice that everyone here is within just a few hours drive from Durham/Chapel Hill. Cuz there's this super concert in just a few weeks here. Anyone besides Drew ever heard of Indelible Grace? It's a project out of Christ Community Church in Nashville. Basically, it's a bunch of young (it dcame out of their college ministry) mostly indpendent artists who have taken hymns and rewritten the music so that they're relevant today. And they're so incredibly good. You can check it out at igracemusic.com. But anyway, they have a tour with several of the artists. And it's coming to Durham (Church of the Good Shepherd). I would highly recomend it! People like Derek Webb (from Caedmon's Call), Sandra McCracken and Matthew Smith are gonna be on the tour, along with a few others. It's also going to Trinity Presbyterian Church in Asheville (on the 4/20) a couple places in the Charlotte area (4/21, 4/24 and 4/25) and Redeemer Pres in Winston-Salem (4/27). And the best part is, all of those shows are either free or extremely cheap (as in $2-$5). If you want more info about any of the shows or Indelible Grace in general, PM me or email me. Oh yeah, and Drew and i will be working merch at the show in Durham! so let us know if you come! |

| Jacksonville? A friend of mine used to live in Jacksonville, NC and raved about it like it was the closest thing to Heaven on Earth. We both live in Charlotte, now, though. North Charlotte, almost Huntersville... |
