The question is: Where are most of us located? Charlotte seems to be the place I see mentioned the most. Is this correct?
Second question is: How many us would have the ability/permission to drive up to two hours away? I'm not counting me because I will drive no matter where we decide to have it.
I'll drive, but remember, I'm 33 years old and don't have parents to consider. Let's keep the dialog open and see where A Gathering would draw the most people. I'm sure that we can't accomodate everybody, but let's try to make it where as many of us can attend as possible. |

| Well, I can drive two hours, being 19.
Brian, where in Charlotte are you? North? South? If you're not much further than an hour from me, than I wouldn't mind picking you up and taking you to the gathering with me. If your parents and yourself are ok with that, that is.
It seems to me that Chapel Hill would be the "halfway" for most of us, maybe we could
do it near there?

| Let's see who would be able to make it to Chapel Hill. All interested parties post a "yay" or "nay".
Lee: Yay |

| I will be coming on the grounds that Lee recants his insults on the game of baseball.
Really though, I will most likely be there, if it is a feasible thing/ |

| That's what we're trying to figure out now, if Chapel Hill is a good place - so far it seems to be the place of choice.
So the answer is yes, unless someone comes up with a better plan. |

| i'd love to go to a north carolina gathering. i'm planning on going to the one in texas, so i'd definitely go to one in nc too. pretty much any of those locations would work for me. and i live over on the beach. so, i can give rides.

#87 | | Cool enough Administrator | I want to come. And I live on the other side of the country. But hey, this involves two of my absolute favorite CGRers, as well as the fabled Lee Modlin, which I have barely talked to. |
