| I was flipping through Watchmen yesterday - looks cool, I will pick it up for sure. I was in a bit of a rush, so I didn't look through any of the ones that Jeffery had sudgested, but I will soon.
I only had $12 on me, so I went for Doktor Sleepless (1) and and Black Summer (0 and 1). |

| The new series? It's reasonable, but it's nowhere near essential. |

| I got the Watchmen TPB from the comic shop here. It took them about two weeks to get it for me. I started reading it yesterday and am about half-way through it. Man...it's great.
I think I may go with The Dark Knight Returns next. I really want to pick up The Question as well. How many issues were there? |

| Being a huge Kurt Busiek fan and a huge Marvel Zombie, I am ashamed to say that I have not read "Marvels." I want to, but it isn't at my local library and I've never seen it at a comic store. |

#30 | | Banned | Alright, I finished reading Marvels and... wow. The storyline was phenominal, the art was my favorite kind of comic art, and everything went so well. I must admit to being let down by the ending, but because it wasn't a good ending. Just the way the main character dealt with everything in the end (I won't spoil it). This may very well be an Essential. |
