Cool! As I am fairly new at this (Less than a year as the leader) it's nice to know others are doing it similar to what I implemented. When we do a new song, I will have us do it at least three weeks in a row, then skip a couple of weeks, bring it back once more, then send it off for awhile. I figure we're taking them just to the point of saying "Enough already!!", but then when it does come back around every couple of months, they have it nailed and appreciate it.
