Well, some of you know that I wanted to get into the area of Cyber Crime (Computer Forensics) under the department of Criminal Justice.
After looking more throughly into it, I realized that for the particular job I wanted, I have to first become a lawyer. So, to the glee of my family, I'm looking into that.
I'm searching for colleges and stuff....does anyone have anything to say that I should know? Is there a CGR lawyer? Or two?
Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section.
One thing you should know is that the process of getting into law school is a long and tedious one. I'm entering my senior year of college and have already begun the process for law school next year. You'll want to start studying for the LSAT early on, and remember that most schools application process is a first come first serve thing. So you'll want to have your application in by november. A good resource to learn about what you need to do is to look up articles on the subject of law school at princetonreview.com they also have a great LSAT study guide.
Is the LSAT different from the SAT? My mom is getting me a whole pile of those to study.
And I shall look into that.
My mom said that I can apply for the one college I'm considering in my junior year.
The SAT is the Scholastic Aptitude Test. The LSAT is the Legal School Admission Test. It means that you're done with prelaw/college and, if you pass the LSAT, you can enter law school.
At least from what I understand.
