Exclamation Anybody advice on finding the right girl who's Christian?

I wondering if anybody here has advice on how to find the right girl to date. I'm already 16 going on 17 and feel like I need an appropriate, clean relationship between a girl who's Christian

Yeah, first off, you don't need one, and second off, you don't really go off "looking" for a girl like that. It's an inherently flawed concept to be going off looking for a girl for the express intent of starting a romantic relationship. They're out there. Make some new friends.

Wise words, wise words.

Like Rainer said, you can't just decide to find "her" over night, then go out and except to find someone beyond your wildest dreams. Patience is a virtue. God'll bring around the right one when He knows you're ready for a long-life committment.

Kudos to everything that's been said.

WAIT. Make good friends, and leave all the drama of romance out of it. It'll come soon enough.[/DawsonMacAllister]

Yeah, don't go looking for her, get some friends who are girls, and eventually you'll find one who's right.

I think going out and "searching" for her is about the worst thing you can do. It seems like, in a lot of cases, people don't find what they're looking for when they go searching for a spouse. But the minute they're not looking for someone, God puts someone in their life and it's a bit of a surprise. You gotta let God work His magic, even though it is tough. I learned that the hard way and now God has blessed me with a very good friend who might just be "the one".

Yes. But be sure to get a warranty on them. That way, if they break, you can exchange them for a new, shiny friend.

Yeah, it's called the extended friend warranty. Basically, if your friend breaks down, you take them into Sears and they'll give you a new friend on the spot. It applies to both guys and girls. I returned a guy there last week and got a new friend pronto. I highly recommend the warranty.

i heard this in a dating seminar once.

"finding a significant other is like fishing. what you catch is based on what bait you use.

if you want to find someone who loves you for your money, flaunt your money.

if you want to find someone who loves you for how you dress, flaunt your clothes.

and if you want to find someone who loves you for how much you love God..."

well, you know the rest.
