Who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

1 Peter 2:10(Amplified Version)/
Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God's people; once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and recieve mercy.


I wanted to open the devotional vith that verse to say this: When we become with God, we are totally changed. If you take a piece of paper with a lot of writing on it (let's let the ink resemble sin) and you flip it over that ink (sin) is going to be gone... You will remember it, but to the overlooker (God), there is nothing there.
That piece of paper was totally changed by nothing less than a hand movement. So with prayer and redemption, don't you believe that you could be that piece of paper?
