The Glory Revealed Tour

THE GLORY REVEALED TOUR -

A UNIQUE AND UNPRECEDENTED LIVE EXPERIENCE!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – May 30, 2007 – Touted by David Nasser as “the little project that could,” the Glory Revealed Tour recently wrapped up a 16-city run with several sold out shows including the kick-off show in Frederick, Maryland. The tour ended in front of another near sold out crowd in Mac Powell’s hometown of Atlanta, Georgia that featured a guest appearance by Mark Hall of Casting Crowns.

“Words cannot describe how wonderful Glory Revealed made people feel,” said Carol Auxier of DC Concert Ministries. “All of these outstanding artists on stage together at one time gave the audience a feeling of what real Christian fellowship is and how much the artists truly cared for each other. This set an example of how we should all treat each other as followers of Christ. An amazing concert.”

The Glory Revealed Tour (www.gloryrevealed.com), included a cast of Christian music’s finest artists. Lead by Third Day’s Mac Powell and author/speaker David Nasser, the tour featured Shane & Shane, Brian Littrell (Backstreet Boys member and Reunion Recording artist), Tim Neufeld (Starfield), Shawn Lewis (Hyper Static Union), Trevor Morgan and Candi Pearson Shelton.

“All of us on tour recognized early on that this was a rare and special thing to be a part of. It was obvious that God was up to something big. We were all humbled to get to be a part of it,” said Nasser.

The evening featured all artists in the round singing familiar worship songs as well as several cuts from the album, Glory Revealed: The Word of God in Worship. The night also contained a powerful message from Nasser encouraging attendees to truly discover the Word through a relationship with Jesus Christ and through the Bible.

“Personally, I could not have asked for more,” said Powell. “The friendships that were grown on the tour mean a lot to us and the responses that we received from the audiences every night were amazing. It was truly one of the most unique and special nights that I have ever been a part of, what an awesome time we had on the Glory Revealed tour!.”

One concert-goer in Florida remarked to the promoter that, “the Glory Revealed concert last night was one of the most amazing events I have ever attended (and I am 58 years old). My wife and I went because of Mac Powell, but discovered that everyone there was fantastic!! Candi Pearson-Shelton blew us away and so did Shane and Shane. Trevor Morgan is hugely talented and David Nasser was amazing!! You should be very proud that you were associated with such a great event! It was truly Glory Revealed!!!”

The tour was sponsored by World Vision, WorshipTogether.com and The Worship Network, who supplied the video for the tour. In addition to providing images on three screens during each concert, The Worship Network worked with David Nasser and “Jesus Painter” Mike Lewis to create an original video for the song, “By His Wounds.”

“The Worship Network was thrilled to be involved with Glory Revealed – to see how God used David, Mac and all of the artists to lead people in worship, and to see His glory revealed through song, the Word and images of his majestic creation,” said Bruce Koblish, President/CEO of The Worship Network (www.worship.net).

The book, Glory Revealed: How The Invisible God Makes Himself Known has enjoyed an exclusive early partnership with Family Christian Bookstores and will be released on July 10th for national distribution. It includes 20 study chapters examining different attributes of God found in the Scriptures and how they can reveal His glory in our everyday lives.
