And this poses a slight distraction as you fella's would understand. My longing for a girlfriend is overwhelming right now... and I know that I'm in no position to have a girfriend because of my state of mind. Please pray for me to get through this and to know that God has a plan and *hopefully* a women for me in His time. Thanks everyone! btw... I wasn't sure whether to put this in prayer or D&R...

| That sucks man, I just recently listened to a teaching on this that you may find helpful. It was from Mars Hill Church and you can download it from their website at www.marshillchurch.org its called "Sex and the Single Man" haha yeah I know... He talks about how to deal with exactly what your talking about its not just a sex talk and I'm not assuming your dying to have sex either but its just about thinking patterns regarding women. Anyway, take it or leave it - click Media Library then Classes then Mens Teaching then Mens Basic Training 2007 then Sex for Singles. Hope it helps

| God will send an angel. You must try and work on other things and have fun with your life until then. Try to remind yourself that God will take care of it. You're probably saying "I know all that, but this is tough". Yup. And when you finally meet her, this crappy advice will make sense. Just be still and know that He is God, and He will put you with your perfect match.

| Dude just don't even worry about it God will take care of everything. Example: what if Adam(not you, bible story) decided that he needed a comanion and wen't looking on his own?(maybe a monkey or something)lets just say it wouln't be pretty.(both metaphoricaly and literaly) no God saw his need and He provided Adam with a companion and she was perfect for him.(And God saw it and it was good) So in this time of singleness serve God the way only a single man can and when the time comes and God provides mrs. adamkaboom then serve him the way only a married man can. | well everyone... I thank you for all your advice, and all of your comments. I know it's been a while since the last post, but as this is an update... I have made the change from "women" to "woman". God has placed a girl in my life that is incredible! We aren't dating at the time being, but have been talking a lot and it seems that it may progress that way eventually. If not, I'm to the point that if it's just me and God, I'm okay with that. Thanks so much for your prayers everyone!

| Also dont neccisarily change your mind just from "women" to "woman" (which dont get me wrong its good to do so) but not only from "women" to "God".God will bring the perfect girl when the time is right.

| Yup... all in His time  and who knows... she may be "the one" and may not, but that's not for me to worry about right now. I'm just waiting to see what God does with each others lives (together and separately)
