Hmm you missed Newt Gingrich. He's presonally my favorite Republican candidate, although there probably no chance of him making it through the primaries. He was the former house speaker.

My favorite Dem (if I am forced to choose, which I realize I am not being forced but whatever) is Bill Richardson of New Mexico. He has been a tax cutter in New Mexico and is a strong leader (well so I've heard). He doesn't seem all that bad. But again, he probably has no chance of running in the Presidental election.

Also I heard a rumor (I'm not sure if its true) that Michael Bloomberg will run as an independent candidate in the 08 election. He is a billionaire and it could cost him $1.5 billion to compete effectively.

Are there really 2008 candidates?

Honestly, I can't see anyone but McCain, Guiliani, Clinton, and Obama being important... nor anyone but Clinton or Obama winning.

Newt Gingrich has not filed all the paperwork, to the best of my knowledge.

Personally, I liked the 2008 candidates title.

You should make it like... America's Choice: 2008!

I wonder if http://www.cpusa.org/ will try to get someone in there...

Wow, the first people I've found who think the same way about immigration as me are the Commies.

this is gonna be my first year voting. Anyone know any good sites that lay out all the candidates by their views or something like that?

I'm working on it.

I'm trying to keep the information from sounding too biased. I'm also trying to keep the information relevant. That is insanely hard given the number of candidates at this point.

Fred Thompson had better run so I can vote for Law & Order. Though it could hurt him if people remember how much of a jerk he was when he played Roseanne's boss.

Yikes. Mandating hybrid power does not necessarily seem like a good idea to me.
