how can you misguided people call rugby football??? it's nonsensical! they use their hands so much more than their feet in relation to the ball why don't they call it handball??

I don't. It's rugby. And you can't call it handball for 2 reasons:

1. You do use your feet
2. There already a game called handball, often called european handball. It's pretty much football using your hands.

I must agree...

You can't say rugby is handball when you kick the ball after five tackles. That's heaps of kicking, but when you compare to AFL, I guess it is a bit more like handball.

anyway, if you were to call rugby handball, some genius would have to invent new ways of scoring goals. you'd have to throw the ball over the crossbar, but that would be a forward pass and advantage to the other team.

I'm an AFL man and go for the Saints, though unfortunately they're not reaching their full potential this year. I love my soccer, Champions League especially with all the big clubs. Liverpool's my team. I don't really follow any Rugby code, it doesn't look too interesting except for the State of Origin series which I sometimes watch.

I guess you could sorta say that... our coach was Sydney's midfield coach in 05 and 06, the two years they made the Grand Finals.

yes, the saints have some former swans in Schneider and Dempster, and they're back in the 8 now!

I didn't see it but we will make it if you look a our draw we have easily got a good enough team and we're already in the top 8
