| As a chemist, I've often thought it would be "fun" to make some cheese, but only really in the way that it would be "fun" to learn Russian or something like that - it's a nice thought, but am I really willing to do the work? Perhaps I will.
I'm a pretty plain-Jane, grocery-store, is-it-yellow-or-white? kind of guy when it comes to cheese. I do like sharp cheddars, but my wife prefers mild. I like colby jack on sandwiches. I like monterey jack with venison sausage and a ritz cracker.
