I'm still just doing handstands and I joined the swim team. That's gonna get me in shape for anything I want to do.

That's cool.
How long can you hold a handstand? I'm kinda doing that too. I need to improve my balance.

10-15 seconds, but I can't always stand still. Sometimes I walk around a bit to keep my balance.

I just need a stronger core, and swimming will do exactly that and make my chest and arms stronger.

Swimming in general is good exercise because it uses like every muscle in your body but it doesn't strain joints.

That's pretty good. I can only do like 8, but standing still.
I should get into swimming too. I used to be. When did you join the swim team?
